In order provide you and other valued patients with the best experience, we kindly ask that you give La Belle Medical Spa a 24 hour notice for cancellations or if rescheduling.
Please note frequent cancellations, even with proper notice, disrupt treatments and prevent us from serving you and others to the best of our ability. La Belle Medical Spa requires credit card information and photo ID to be kept on file. Please note, you will not be charged in full for your service until the time of your treatment, your credit card information will be securely stored in our PCI/HIPAA compliant system and you are free to use another form of payment at the time of your session.
